Cancellation Policy

We understand that life can be unpredictable; however, late cancellations impact both our psychologists’ schedules and other clients seeking appointments.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least two business days’ notice to avoid a cancellation fee.

Cancellation fees:

• Less than two business days’ notice: 50% of the full session fee.

• Cancellation on the day of appointment, or failure to attend without notice: 100% of the full session fee.

Please note: Medicare rebates are not applicable for cancelled or missed appointments.
