Fees for Individual Therapy

As of 1st August 2025:

• Clients with a valid Mental Health Treatment Plan. Fee payable: $175 including a Medicare reimbursement of $145.20 (out of pocket expense: $29.80)

• For self-referred clients, and those without a Mental Health Treatment Plan, the cost is $150 per 50-minute session

Third-Party Funded Services
For clients referred under third-party funders (e.g., Workcover, TAC, NDIS), rebates may vary depending on the funding body. Please consult with your provider for specific details.

Private Health Insurance
If you have private health insurance, check with your insurer to determine your eligibility for psychology rebates.

We strive to make professional mental health support as accessible as possible. Our fees are set well below the Australian Psychological Society’s recommended rate of $315 for a 50-minute session.
